Tales of Fortuna
How ethereal. And yet, despite the oddity factor and randomosity of the things that're combined, as I scrolled down slowly to see the full picture, it makes me think of the Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, cuz there is a boss in that game who looks like a jungle warrior, wearing a strange, eerie voodoo-y mask, sprinkling out killer butterflies as it hops and moves in a African tribal dance fashion. I can hear his chanting echoing in my mind, now.
This looks like some kind of a bound up spirit of nature, somehow.
